Another redo of one of my Muse designs! This time, Thalia.
Back when I first designed her, I kinda fell back on muscle memory and she wound up with a much slimmer frame than I always imagined her having. There’s really no excuse for this except me not bothering to look at more references and actually trying to get a better grasp at the body type I actually wanted her to have.
Now that I look back at the old design, too, she looks so yellow?
I also redesigned her mask a bit, made it less, uh, terrifying. I was never happy with her comedy mask the way I was happy with Melpomene’s tragedy mask. It feels friendlier now. I was going to add some color to it but I think I’ll leave it in black and white. The black/white/shades of gray thing is something I always wanted for Thalia and Melpomene.
