Outfit August 2023 Day 13 – Semi-Formal

A thin caucasian woman with long hair dyed black, except for her bangs, which are dyed bright red. Her hair is up in a very neat bun. She is wearing a necklace with a red, heart-shaped stone, a short black dress with long, mesh, see-through sleeves, a pair of sheer black tights, and a pair of black heels with red bows. I feel like the short length of the skirt is what keeps this from being too formal. I like to think the skirt also has pockets.
