Outfit August 2023 Day 28 – Aquatic / Ocean

A thin caucasian woman with long hair dyed black, except for her bangs, which are dyed bright red. Her hair has been loosely curled. I knew I didn’t want to do anything too mermaid-esque, because I didn’t want it to be too close to Rowan’s from last year. Instead, I landed on making a dress based on a jelly fish. I really like the colors and might revisit this concept again.
